I arrived and was shocked that the panel of 3 men interviewing me were dressed as if they were ready to grill burgers out the back door. One man, apparently the highest ranking of the three, spent a lot of my interview texting on his cell phone. The man who would have been my direct supervisor asked one or two questions. The man who was his supervisor did most of the questioning and told me I would definitely receive some sort of response from them. 6 weeks later, I met the person who got that job.
