Interview was a phone call with a recruiter. She started off with small talk, asked some standard behavioral questions, some background based on resume as well. It somehow started to feel more like a drill than an interview at one point, & I definitely felt like her tone was judgemental more than once in our conversation. Especially so, when she realized I didn't have a degree (despite years of relevant professional experience). She really should have known this before she reached out to me.
