Applied online and got invited for a group interview the same day. The group interview had about 13 people and there were three different activities. All the managers for the different departments were present during this interview. After I left, I got called back for a one on one interview with the cashier manager and scheduled it for the next day. Interview was easy as the assistant manager asked general interview questions and why I would want to work at Central Market. I got the offer the same day and got an email for the background check the next day so overall it was a very quick and easy process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Central Market (Fort Worth, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
It took around a month to get an interview after applying online. It starts out with a group interview with a room of around 20 people with a board of 3 to 4 hiring managers. If you do well, you will wait in that room while different hiring managers pick off groups or individuals in that room to tell them if they are being sent home or if they will move on to the solo interview. I waited for 20 minutes before I was sent to my solo interview. Solo interview went great, the managers are very kind. The entire process lasted around 2 hours. It was very draining but everyone was very kind.
