It was a cattle call prescreen interview. I came in for the prescreening, it went smoothly and they told me that they would call me to come back in for an interview later that day but they never called. So I just waited around and had my time wasted twice. If the prescreening is a couple of easy questions, and I look fine, I was polite, maybe I was too old for them... just tell me I'm not getting an interview. Respecting people's time isn't hard.
