Interview
The interview process I read on this site was accurate in what was done but not accurate in the way its done. Honestly, the Group interview was pretty laid back. Even the more quiet people were given praise. The GM conducting the interview was very down to earth and welcoming. There is the natural pressure of talking in front of people but honestly, its wasn't bad at all. It was about 2 hours and it went by quickly and was pretty fun. So, don't stress the group interview too much. I didn't experience the high pressure-pitted against others type of thing that some explained here. However, this was my experience.
