Very interactive and engaging, they ask very open-ended and situational based questions to gauge how you would handle common situations and evaluate your ability to manage under duress. Depending on the position you are interviewing for there will be a different supervisor, but an HR rep will always be part of the interview.

One brief interview, and it was no very structured. This is much different than the full time interviews, as expected. Interview was easy and did not take very long since they already knew me.
