Interview
The interview process was pretty quick. Found them on campus, got a call the later in the week to schedule for an interview. The interviewer was very kind and informative. Interviewed at their general office in Warren, MI.
Relatively easy interview. Basic questions about past experiences, and some behavioral questions too. This is an old school company, and the interview is an old school interview too. I think they are trying to modernize the company, but I don’t know how quickly that is happening. If you’ve been to any interview ever you will probably be ready for this one.
