Interview
First phone interview, then with Director of rehab and the Case manager that is the OT dept manager. Then the department specific interview. The department was on their laptop the whole time I interviewed which should have been my first red flag that they couldn’t take 30 minutes to talk to me on their lunch break without getting behind
The process included a day of shadowing treatment sessions, touring the facility, interviewing with the manager, and lunch with the current therapists. It was very relaxed and informative. They were very welcoming.
