Was emailed on a Saturday, demanding that I contact their recruiter and be available on the upcoming Monday for an interview. I reached out to the recruiter, and verified my information on Monday, as instructed. She proceeded to send me a set of interview questions that needed to be filled out. She said I had to submit them within 90 minutes! "You are required to email back your answers to me within the next 90 minutes." It's 7:30 am where I am and she is demanding I drop everything I have to accommodate their bizarre attitude towards an interview process. I love being treated like a employee in a toxic workplace even before having an official interview. Clearly something is wrong with this company, and/or management. I will not be told what to do or when I should be available. Here's an example of how to properly conduct an interview: "Dear applicant, we reviewed your resume and think you'd be a great fit for the role. Please let us know your availability so that we may schedule an interview..." Seriously, were these people raised in a barn?
