The interview process went by very fast, and I would always hear back from them, but I always had to send them a follow-up email to hear back from them. I finished my design project and sent them an email regarding my application status, they said they'll get back to me. After ten days, they still didn't, so I emailed them, but I haven't heard back from them. I'm just a little confused because they would always respond and I'm a bit scared too because this is my top choice company. I really want the job. UPDATE: I got rejected over a phone call. Their reasoning was that their budget had increased, so they wanted a more experienced person (which I understand, but they should have gotten back to me sooner). I was just mad that I got strung along for three months and did the design project only to get rejected. I'm so bumbed and frustrated.
