This was a fairly standard interview process. They used an external recruitment firm, so my first call was with the recruiter then they passed me onto the hiring manager (VP, Internal Comms) and HR (SVP, Talent & Culture). After that, they asked for a simple writing assignment to be completed. This assignment was a pretty reasonable ask, especially compared to some assignments I've been given by other companies that are much more time consuming.
Lastly, I was invited back into the offices for interviews for a last round.
