I applied in-person. I interviewed at Centric Consulting in Feb 2014

Centric is very protective of their culture. They absolutely take their time through the interview process to not only make sure you are a good fit for them but to also ensure that they will be a good fit for the employee as well. I had about a month and a half process and met with around 6 different people.

Multiple phone calls. Met four or five members of the team at a local bar and talked for about two hours. They wanted to get to know me and see how I interacted with others.

Simple and to the point. Met with recruiter, practice leaders, partners and president before an offer was made. All this within two and a half weeks. Everyone was very focused and kind.
