First the HR will call you and then they will talk big things about the company, providing you all information about the pros and will def deviate your mind by telling you that its 8 Hrs flexible company etc.. etc.. Wth that motivation thing in mind, I have given my first round of the interview during last week to one of the Senior person, interview was great and then next day when i called the HR for the feedback they were easy to say that the position is gone on hold for the moment. This is totally disgusting thing. I didnt like it.

Interview was scheduled at a very short notice for the interview - like 2 hours. Interviewer was rude. She was looking for reasons to reject right off the bat. She asked me turn on my meeting camera but kept her off. She gave unsolicited feedback.

I applied online and then the recruiter got in touch via phone. We discussed why I wanted to join a consultancy and my previous experience. The next stage was an interview with one of the senior consultants.
