Had a phone interview during the Thanksgiving holiday while I was traveling. The first thing out of the phone screeners mouth was, "Ugh, I'm so tired." That set the tone for the rest of the conversation, which was lackluster to say the least. The recruiter was obviously just going through the motions without any level of authenticity. Important Note: This company used an external recruiting agency to conduct initial screens. Not an employee of this company HOWEVER the fact that this company choice this external partner to represent them makes me question their decision making ability.
