I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Century Complete (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process was pretty in-depth and comprehensive. It started with a 45 minute phone screening with the recruiter, then a one hour video interview with the regional VP of sales, an one hour in person meeting with the regional VP of sales and finally a 45 minute interview with the national VP of sales. Everyone I talked with was very nice and I enjoyed the process. There were alot of questions about your sales background, how you manage priorities, overcome objections, etc.. I ended up declining the offer for another position with better hours/work-life balance.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Century Complete (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2022
Interview
1st short interview with recruiter. 2nd interview with the Sales manager, she was very nice and laid back, informal but basic interview questions like, "why you, why Century, What do you know about Century?" 3rd Interview was with the Regional VP of Sales, again seamless...... 3 weeks later I had an in person interview and shadowing, next day offered the position.
