Interview
I got call from some HR of this organization. They have given me codekatta task to complete asap. I have completed task in 2hrs and reverted back. Then I have followed up on the same mail but got no response from them. I am sure that my code was working fine but atleast they should provide some feedback. We are investing our time, we need the job. So we deserve to know the result.

code katta task. we have to write a program in 3 different way. first two are mandatory. 3rd way is optional. write a program in below 3 ways keeping this in mind: 1 . readability 2. performance 3. execution
First is simple hr phone round, than there is hiring manager round, than technical round usually taken by 2 people , following up round with usa team, final hr round

Guter Ablauf, Firmenziele und Job Anforderungen gut erklärt. Ich hatte die Möglichkeit über mich zu erzielen und danach folgten Fragen und Antworten.
Leider war nur der Hiring Manager dabei und kein HR.
