The interview was scheduled for Late evening as the clients were foreign people.
They asked questions about scenarios, they wanted to check the thought process.
Also, they had a focus on optimization, they gave some programs to write, then asked to optimize it more and more. be good with Data strutures.

First is simple hr phone round, than there is hiring manager round, than technical round usually taken by 2 people , following up round with usa team, final hr round

The interview process consisted of two rounds : a project-based assessment with a 24-hour submission timeline, followed by a one-hour technical interview discussing the project, problem-solving approach, and relevant skills.

Guter Ablauf, Firmenziele und Job Anforderungen gut erklärt. Ich hatte die Möglichkeit über mich zu erzielen und danach folgten Fragen und Antworten.
Leider war nur der Hiring Manager dabei und kein HR.
