They have a very thorough interview process with multiple interviews over a 2 week timeline. I am still waiting to hear back about the final offer. Owners seem very thorough and detail oriented.
Very thorough, and full of questions about your character rather than your experience. I went through about 5 interviewers which was a lot more than I had bargained for. Some were through Zoom and some were at the office.
