It was a simple phone interview through google meet. It contained several questions about yourself and your past projects. Also explained what the company do and what you would want to work and how your past experiences could help working in certain projects.

The worse and most unprofessional interview process I've experienced! The senior devs and or hiring managers don't even relay the feedback and leave you hanging. They either need to work on their time management to send out some rejection letters or get something automated going especially if they're trying to be sneaky and recruit devs from other competitors.

Do you want to work in the web3 space without actually working on web3 stuff? xD
Was given a take-home exercise. It took around 5-6 hours to finish the assignment. The interviewer didn't even bother with an introductory call or feedback on the submission. They sent a generic email stating we are not moving forward with the application. The company could at least have given some feedback considering I spent so much time working on their assignment
Was a given an interesting assessment to solve and after that few algorithms and data structures rounds with a non technical round. Enjoyed the whole interview process. Although I didn't join certiK now. Would definitely consider joining it in the future.
