It has been excellent so far, I am waiting on a final result from the interviewers. At times it has been a little bit intense but overall very professional. At first I was concerned that the company might not be legit but over time things have become pretty clear that they are a well known company. Another concern I had was that the benefits wouldn't be good but it seems they are.

Standard procedure and standard questions they asked normal questions of your strengths and weaknesses and asked how to properly sell a pen. Look professional but it is mostly phone interviews

All lies. They talk about how great the company is and how you make all this money. You’ll never see it. The last step is an interview in Dallas and they drill you about your personal life and ask questions that is really none of their business!
