If there wasn't something in the instructions you didn't understand, definitely let us know so we can clarify for future candidates. We also confirm with each candidate facing the assessment whether they have any questions before each section begins. And it's true - the recruiters who are in initial contact with the interpreters applying to be independent contractors are not the same people who run the assessments. The schedules of the people in our recruiting department and our assessment may be different.
