pretty standard, nothing tricky about getting in the door here. Initial meeting, Then presentation, then final HR checks - Police, university etc. The company are pretty on themselves so make sure you tell them how brilliant they look - they lap that BS up. Also, they treat their CEO like a God. He's ok, but he ain't no Larry Ellison, in fact he ain't no Steve Balmer, and he ain't no Zach Nelson either. Humour them much
