I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ceva Animal Health
Interview
Very time consuming, four different interviews. NO follow up, no next steps, very sloppy. Met with Regional Directors, Vice President of sales, etc. all positive interviews with good praise and felt I would be a good fit.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ceva Animal Health (Pilot Point, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
I was called by a recruiter asking if I would be interested in relocating to St. Louis for a TM role. I said yes. She scheduled an interview with the Sales Manager a few days later. We appeared to have a professional, candid discussion about the role and she told me to think about it over the weekend and to email her if I would like to continue the conversation about the position. I thought about and decided I would like to proceed with further discussion. I emailed the Sales Manager as she had asked. No reply. I emailed her again a few days later to follow-up on my email. No reply. I emailed the original recruiter who scheduled the interview. No reply. I called the recruiter. No reply.
Given the level of unprofessionalism and lack of follow-through, I will never apply to this company again.
