I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chadwell Supply (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2020
Interview
Met at a local hotel in a very bad part of town. I met with two managers and answered their questions. One of them was wearing his required by law mask but the other one was NOT wearing his mask during the entire interview. This made me feel uncomfortable and wanted to speak out but didn't want to lose the possible job prospect. The interview but interrupted several times by hotel staff vacuuming. Chadwell to cheap to stay in a better hotel and pay for meeting room. I wouldn't want to work for such irresponsible people. Really glad I wasn't selected as I would have turned it down.
I filed a report with PD as well.
Was scheduled for initial phone interview; call came 30 minutes late. The first and only question was "what is your salary expectation?". After letting him know, the response was "to be honest, I can't get you there". There was no discussion about growth opportunities, culture, benefits, or the actual job. Probably one of the worst initial interviews (if you want to even call it that) that I've had. There was no initiative to learn about me or to educate on the company/position.
