Interview
My first interview was over the phone with corporate HR, I then went to corporate to meet for an interview, after which I was immediately taken to complete a test (I had no idea I would be testing). A day after I tested I was called to interview at a school location, so I drove over thinking I was interviewing for a secretary position, but something got lost in translation and I was interviewed as a teacher. After a short discussion with the head master I was given 10 minutes to create a lesson plan; after which I was quickly taken to a classroom and had to give a science lesson. It was a joke.

I applied online. I interviewed at Challenger School (Meridian, ID)
Interview
Lots of very politically guided questions. Seems inconsistent between people though and communication was confusing. I didn't have a problem with any of the things but there was also a lot of cognitive quiz stuff which I found a bit odd.
