Fairly normal process, poor communication between rounds and after interviews. Went through three rounds, but became apparent the different functions had different ideas on what the job should be and they were not aligned.
I interviewed at Chamberlain Group (Oak Brook, IL)
Interview
Straightforward interview process. Three rounds of interviews, no skill tests or anything like that. No group interviews each interview was with individuals. I would have appreciated a quick tour of the building but that didn't happen.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chamberlain Group (Oak Brook, IL) in Jan 2018
Interview
An initial phone screen was utilized to determine applicable skills and interest in Chamberlain Group. On site interviews occurred all within a single day with a cross section of eight different stakeholders followed by a group presentation.
I was very impressed by the concierge approach utilized by HR. At the beginning of the on-site interviews I met with a member of the Talent Acquisition team who was available throughout the day in case anyone was running late or I needed any assistance. I was also given a tour of the lovely corporate HQ in Oak Brook. The group presentation was a very effective opportunity for me to demonstrate my approach.
Overall it was one of the best experiences I've had interviewing with an organization.
