Applied on the company website (w/o referral). Got an email from HR. Ha da HR round, then an hour-long interview with the Hiring Manager. After that, they invited me for an onsite interview at the Chicago office. I had 5-30 mins interviews with different folks on the team.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chamberlain Group (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jul 2011
Interview
This was a fairly standard multi-layer interview process. I spoke first with an HR rep at the office where this role would be based out of. A phone screening with the hiring manager followed. Next came a 1-on-1 interview with my would-be direct supervisor where we discussed expectations and I was asked about my experience and work history. A week of waiting ensued. Another in-person interview was scheduled, this time with a larger group that included the GM. I was told more about the specific products and programs this role would be responsible for. An offer letter, drug screening and background check capped the experience.
