I applied for a position on 5/28/21 and I didn’t hear back until 7/20/21. I was eventually contacted for a phone interview by a recruiter on 7/22/21. My next interview was set up for 7/27/21 and I was supposed to interview with the hiring team. However, on that day, only one of the team members showed up. At first, the process was pleasant and I did not have any issues. 
My issues started after the completion of the first interview. I spoke to the recruiter and they told me I would receive an interview with the other team member the following week. However, the recruiter never responded until the day of my interview - 8/4/21 at 6 AM. This type of response was an unprofessional move by the recruiter. 
After going through a disorganized interview process, I am still awaiting a response. After the last interview, the hiring team told me that I was going to receive a response a week later but they never gave me one. This is an unprofessional move. 
Since the hiring team did not respond, I had to try and follow up with the recruiter with a phone call on 8/23/21. I also tried to send a follow-up email on 9/1/21 and 9/23/21. I did not receive a response at all from the phone call and emails. I believe that receiving no response about my application from the hiring team is unprofessional, unacceptable, and disrespectful as a candidate. As a result, disciplinary action should be taken against them for their incompetence. Furthermore, I learned that the recruiter left the company - therefore, my application was not managed properly at all.  It is clear that someone in the organization is not doing their job properly and they should be terminated from their position. Furthermore, I demand that I receive a position as an Admissions Advisor with Chamberlain’s Addison, IL campus OR any of their campuses after I struggled with the recruiting process with Adtalem.

Everyone was so welcoming and nice. They are a reflection of what I expect the work environment will be like. An initial telephone screening. Easy scheduling process. Pleasant video interview. Completed the I9 and required paperwork. Easy and convenient communication.
