It was a pleasant feel. The interviewee made sure I am comfortable so I can focus on the truth of the matter and to bring out the real me into the conversation. The aim of the interview is to relay expectations of the Position and to make sure this expectations are communicated well. Through that approach, I was able to assess myself if I am fitted to the job and if the effort of applying will do good for me and for the organization.

How can I utilize the time even if situation provides nothing more to learn and teach?
I first had an interview on MS Teams with the departmental head. I was then invited to an onsite interview. During the onsite interview, I was given a tour of the campus. The departmental leader that gave me the tour was very kind and welcoming.
