ChargePoint Marketing interview questions

I applied for the interview via Linkedin and received a response from the recruiter about a week later. Eventually, I was able to schedule my interview with the recruiter and ask a few questions via email. However, on the day of the interview about an hour before the interview started, the recruiter sent me an email saying they had filled the position that I was about to interview for and are canceling the interview. I found it very unprofessional as I had prepared quite a bit for the interview and they could have easily canceled the interview much earlier.
