I had two phone interviews after the initial testing/screening, both of which went very well. The head of HR told me they'd be moving forward and asked when I'd be available on-site. Three different HR staff contacted me, one of whom addressed me by the wrong name in email (honest mistake) to schedule a final interview. Initially they asked me to come on-site and they would fly me on. A week later it became a 4-hour Skype interview. One week before my Skype interview was scheduled, they apparently cancelled the interview. Only I never got the email, because it had been sent by HR to the wrong address. It wasn't until 2 days after my missed interview and emailing my contacts that they realized the mistake. I was simply told they were "going in a different direction". I was pretty shocked at how flaky HR was for such a reputed company.
