I went through two rounds of interviews for a Research Engineer position in the Sensing, Perception, and Applied Robotics division. The first round was a joint conversation with the hiring manager and senior software engineer. I later received an email that they were interested in holding a virtual on-site interview with me. I was asked to prepare a 45-minute presentation on a research project, followed by time for Q&A. The virtual on-site interview was an all-day series of 30-minute interviews with 8 employees, including Research Scientists, Engineering Director, and Software Engineers. In the middle of the day, I gave my presentation to about 15 employees.
