Pretty weird. First round was a video call with a consultant. Simple questions about background and experience, fairly simple. A small market sizing question "estimate the total market for this drug in the UK".
Second round is an in person assessment day. It's sold as a mixture of individual and group activities, but it's 100% group based and quite awkward. Groups of 6. A "problem solving" task which is just maths questions which you then must say and justify your answers out lout. An individual case study where you get two graphs and a couple of bullet points and then must make a recommendation on what a company should do, and a group task where you get a table with data, nothing else, and should again make a recommendation. It's pretty unclear what they want, and the fact the whole thing is done in a group makes it very awkward.
Then a final round with interviews and individual case studies.
The first interview was fairly easy, but the in person assessment day was very hard indeed.
