I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Charles River Associates (Boston, MA) in Aug 2010
Interview
Met with different directors. Went over the resume to start. A few Questions about the resume. Finally told me what they do. A LSAT kind of test in the end. The recruiter said it was not important, only a company tradition. He suggested that I don't start from the first question, but rather, start with the second page, and guess if you could. Have to finish the whole thing within time limit.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Charles River Associates in Sep 2011
Interview
The interview process consisted of two phone sessions, one with HR and one with a CS manager, and a day long onsite panel session. My experience echos what has been noted by others- a poorly structured, unprofessional approach with no conclusion. Do not waste your time and effort on CRD.
