really enjoyed the interview process overall
the CRA team was extremely approachable and friendly, the four rounds back-to-back interview was quite intense but the group format made it more enjoyable. It consisted of individual case, brain teaser questions, competency-based questions, and group case.
other team members also joined us at the very end for an informal chat session with food and drinks

Interview
It was a group interview process, nice interviewer with different challenges and questions along the way. I found it quite nice to be with other potential interns and get the feel of the company.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Charles River Associates (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
Half day interview at the London Office. There was a half hour introduction to the life science projects they take on. Then the interview consisted of several tasks including a brain teaser, a short case, a market sizing, two behavioural questions and a group case. Between each task we had a 10 minute break. The main interviewer leading the group was very friendly and made us all feel comfortable. The tasks were completed individually and then our thinking was shared with the group and the interviewers. The short cases were handed out on different pieces of paper and we had 5 minutes to answer a couple of questions based on the graphs. I was given a profitability case. The group case was probably the most challenging part due to time constraints- but it would also be difficult to prepare for. After the interview we had the option to chat to two current associates and look around the office. The overall experience was positive.
