Interview
Two telephone interviews plus to face to face interviews. The questions on the telephonic interviews where almost all redundant, giving the impression that they didn't communicate between departments. Despite moving through all 4 stages and reaching the end of the process, they decided to offer me a position offering 40% less salary than what was discussed through the process.
