Interview
The interview was held in two stages: 1) with the manager and 2) with the Department's Director, followed by a personality assessment. 1st stage interview was more to get to know you and your educational background, and experience. 2nd stage of the interview with the director was to get to know how you think in different situations, and you are the right person for this job. It would be more light-hearted and more like a friendly session.

My previous work experience and how I will bring to CRL as a Scientific Associate?
hr phone interview 20-30mins. Ask some common phone interview questions like introduce yourself, why do you apply for this job, what do you know about this company, and then ask about behavior questions like teamwork, stress-resistant ability. Interviewers are nice and questions are easy.

Interview
Interview with line manager/team leader and main research leader as well as HR team. Everything in a very polite and understandable manner. Did not feel pressure or overstressed during the conversation.
