I applied through other source. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Charles River Laboratories in Mar 2013
Interview
I interviewed at CRL several months ago in response to a posting I saw on Indeed. Only after reaching out to the Sr. VP/CIO did I receive an acknowledgement of interest. Makes me wonder how effective the HR’s Applicant Tracking System really is. Anyway, he put in touch with his deputy CIO and we arranged a face to face meeting. Interviews were scheduled for an 4 hour morning interview. Almost every interviewer was late and felt rushed so it I felt they’re weren’t really “present” during the interview.
Weeks go by with no word after numerous follow ups of my interest and my fit for the position. Several months later I get an email saying that they’re holding on the interview/selection process. (huh?)
Guess what? I see them posting (AGAIN!) for the same position they could have filled last year. Extremely flawed interview process. They need to get their collective act together before I would even consider interviewing with them again.

Interview
I applied through LinkedIn, after a few weeks a got a call from the Hiring Officer to schedule an interview call (1st round). I really like the hiring officer, I had a nice conversation with her, she asked me normal interview questions for that position, I got a nice impression of the company.

Question 1
Since it was just a first round the interview questions were considered normal. Why do I like the position, what I am looking for, how do I deal with difficult clients, expected salary, type of work (40 hours).
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Charles River Laboratories (Den Bosch, Utrecht) in Sep 2021
Interview
4 interviews (Recruiter, manager, HR and colleagues) in 4 steps
The application process includes submitting an online application, followed by four interview rounds with different team members. Each round assesses skills, experience, and cultural fit. The interviews are moderately challenging, focusing on communication, client management, and problem-solving abilities.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Charles River Laboratories (Worcester, MA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Reviewed the job and asked basic questions. In the beginning discussed salary expectations and agreed it was a match. Got to the end of the interview and the recruiter was looking at the wrong job requistions. The salary and questions were not even appropriate.
