Phone screening followed by an in-person interview for a maternity leave contract position. Interview process involved question and answer session with two potential supervisors from the team followed by a 30 minute presentation and then an interview with Human Resources. I was told exactly what aspect of my work I should discuss during my presentation. The 1:1 interviews consisted of elaborating on some aspects of my CV along with behavioural questions such as describe a conflict situation that I had to deal with or resolve.
