I applied in August and didn’t hear back until end of October. I watched a video and took an assessment then had a phone call with a recruiter for an initial screening. They passed my info along to the Charles River team who decided they wanted to move forward with me around a week after the initial call. I interviewed a couple days later and then received an offer a few days after the interview. Interview was relaxed and straightforward, no questions meant to trick you.

it was average and everything is smooth,they are polite and friendly and it took me 2 weeks to get the interview and a week to get the offer the general experience is quite positive and the provide good salary
