Charles River Laboratories Lab Technician interview questions

The interview process was laid back. I was given a mini tour of the lab as I was getting interviewed. After the tour, I was placed in a room for a personal interview with the other two managers.

First, there was a phone interview that lasted maybe 10 minutes which went over basic background experience and typical interview questions. A few days later I was called back and an in-person interview was scheduled. During the in-person interview, I interviewed with two groups, a group of supervisors and a group of lab technicians. The process took roughly an hour, and it took a month to hear back about the interview results.
