I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Austin, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
I had three rounds of interviews. The first was with a talent acquisition recruiter on the phone. Then the next round was with the department managers on the phone and the final round was at the office with them. All were behavioral and situational interview questions. Be familiar with your resume and do research on Schwab in advance.

Question 1
Why Schwab? Name a time you.... (Usually group related situations)
Dynamic Programming Problem and Then Resume Grilling. Overall the process is easy. Nothing to stress about. Schwab's little slow at recruiting so be patient and wait and reach out to recruiters after a week to remind them because it is possible they might forget about your application.
Good experience recommend it to everyone who is looking to get there foot in the door for a finance job without much stress and a good group of people around them
