I took an assessment, Initial interview was on the phone for 30 mins and big interview was in person at the facility. Asked very base level questions like "What was a situation that was difficult to handle and how did you handle it?" you do have to make sure they are answered in STAR method. I do believe this company is taking false interviews because I have done this exact job at a different company but was hit with "We are going with other candidates" I suggest not to interview with this company because it seems as though they are wanting to hit their "interview quotas" and not actually hiring unless you already work there.
