STAR method interview. Look up commonly asked questions and devise your answers using the STAR method. Google it. It’s a 2 part process. First is over the phone, second is in person with about 3 people. You really want to talk about your experiences with customer service and emphasize how important it is to “see through the customer’s eyes.”
