I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Denver, CO) in Sep 2015
Interview
Initial hour long phone interview followed by an in person interview. The phone interview was surprisingly casual because the recruiter was so easy to speak with. The in person interview was a bit nerve-wracking with two managers but still more relaxed that I realized. I got a call two days later confirming that they wanted to work with me and I received a job offer in my email about four days later.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you were in a difficult situation and how you eased the tension?
The entire interview was such a long process, took a month after phone interview to get the second interview. After the second interview it took a whole month again to get back with their decision to move on with another candidate.
Easy, they made it smooth, phone into meeting 2 guys in person. Ask general questions to get to know you. All behavioral questions. Phone interview is only 10-15 minutes. in person was around 45-60 minutes.
Straight forward phone screening interview then longer behavioral interview. Focused a lot on customer service experiences. Wanted to know how I handled conflict and difficult clients. Interviewers were very nice and engaging.
