Contacted for an initial screener. We had a 30 min zoom call. The interviewer (technical recruiter) seemed pretty unprofessional and disinterested; lots of picking at his face and looking away.
Recruiter initialed DC wasted 30 minutes of my time in a screen. Then he disappeared with an automated email - just another ghoster. Why waste time reaching out and speaking to us for 30+ minutes each just to ghost us?

I applied online. I interviewed at Charlie Health in Sep 2025
Interview
The process began with a recruiter call, followed by a Raven’s Assessment and then a hiring manager interview. The recruiter had shared prep questions in advance but the hiring manager did not ask any of them, and the interview itself wrapped up in just 10 minutes. Although he holds the title of Head of Product and Technology, he had no prior experience in either field. I was rejected after this interview, but in any case, I wouldn’t have pursued the role further due to the hiring manager’s limited background.
