The interview process is significantly lengthy. If I can recall, it was approximately 6 interviews, including a "case project" that had to be presented to the manager and two other teammates. I do not believe you need that many interviews to determine if an individual is the right fit for your company. Also, remember that the interviewee is also interviewing you to see if you are a good fit for them.
