The interview process was unnecessarily long and disorganized. It consisted of five steps: an initial interview with a recruiter, a problem-solving assessment (Raven’s Test), an interview with a hiring manager, a 10-scenario case study with no clear instructions, and finally a panel interview with three different managers to explain the case study.
For a part-time role paying only $20 an hour, this process was absolutely not worth the time or effort. The Raven’s Test was completely irrelevant to the job description, and the case study felt poorly planned. It also seems like the recruiters are just trying to hit a monthly quota of interviews, since many candidates go through several rounds only to receive a generic rejection email.
I made it through all five steps and genuinely regret wasting my time and energy. Looking back, I should have trusted the negative reviews I saw before applying—they were spot on. If you’re considering interviewing here, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
