The interview process was very intense/extensive. It felt like I was interviewing for a FAANG company. It was in total six calls/meetings/interviews plus a long take home case study. However, I did understand why because the salary was much higher than market average. I also appreciated that they moved very quickly and the recruiter was very responsive and communicative every step of the way. But, I did hear that my experience was uniquely positive, so I don't know how the interview process is now. I do think it varies depending on the department.
