Strangest interview I’ve ever had, it was almost like the interviewer had already made up her mind before the interview even started. She also seemed in experienced, didn’t review the job description or ask me anything about my resume. I had really high hopes for this company but it seems like they don’t have it together.

Question 1
Have you ever had a manager you didn’t get along with and why?
I applied online. I interviewed at Charlie Health (New York, NY) in Mar 2026
Interview
Overall it wasn't very good. The interview with the direct manager was only 30 minutes and left no time for conversation or questions. Felt more like an interrogation that a conversation with them. I don't know how 30 minutes is enough time for who is supposed to be your direct manager to gauge your experience and cover the company and role in detail for a management role going over 7+ years of experience. It just did not feel right.
If I was selected to move forward I would have had to go through another 2 rounds with other leadership and also one last one for a case study and presentation. Seems excessive for the role. What they need is more time during actual interviews not more rounds.

Interview
Super long and redundant. You had to do a presentation and they tell you to speak on charlie health but what they really want is for you to ask the fake provider questions.
